Marketing Communications Manager

Bring the Guavus marketing vision to life, drive demand generation, create Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies/campaign, drive social and digital marketing, gather customer feedback and measure ROI of all programs.

The Marketing Communications Manager will report into the Director of Marketining, and will drive marketing efficiency, continuously improve marketing impact, and will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote our products and services via digital media, events and activities
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
  • Advertise our company and products/services on various media
  • Ensure high SEO ranking via multi-prong SEO approach: website SEO, social media campaigns, YouTube and video optimization
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop collateral templates and adjust content accordingly
  • Produce marketing copy for our website
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates • Manage lead generation campaigns, leveraging tools such as Salesforce.com, Hubspot, additional ABM techniques (account-based marketing)
  • Track ROI (return on investment) for marketing campaigns, lead generation, opportunity qualification (marketing qualified leads)
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss/promote industry-related topics
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
  • Promote our products and services during events

Minimum Requirements:

  • Creativity, “can-do, let’s-figure-it-out” attitude, flexibility, collaborative, and ability to multi-task
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marcom role • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Experience managing digital marketing and social media strategy
  • Experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences
  • Technical marketing experience driving B2B content and asset development
  • Understanding of demand gen, content and marketing communications best practices
  • Ability to self-manage, learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • Detail oriented and skilled at managing to deadlines
  • High-tech experience a must, familiarity with data analytics, Salesforce.com, Hubspot experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience
